Christmas Postcard Photo Shoot
PhotographyI work in a University as a Graphic Designer and IT Specialist. Last week my boss reminded me that we had to make a Christmas postcard and hand it out to all the departments and offices on campus. Since I love photography, especially low key lighting, I jumped at the chance to do it.
This was the result.

Later that week my boss came to me and informed that we were going to throw a little brunch for a few professors that participated in our work shops. An invitation was needed and so once again, it was shooting time. Same drill, low key, Christmas theme. Since out workshops involve the use of technology we brainstormed for was to mix the two together. The result was…

Seeing that it needed to be more in tone to winter, I fixed the colors a bit in Photoshop.

The experience was a great since I love shootings. My boss gave me full liberty in what I wanted to do so there were no conflicts. Full freedom in artistic creation is rare in any kind of publicity so if you are ever given the chance, TAKE IT AND RUN!!
